Well.com to LA

From June 12 - 25 I'll be visiting well.com the elder statessite of interactive communities that's been blowing and going for 23 years now. I'll be fielding questions about the book Willie Nelson: An Epic Life from folks at the well, talking about all things Willie Hugh. Drop on by.

In the real world, I'm doing a reading and signing at Book Soup, the premier indie book store in Los Angeles on
Saturday, June 14 at 2 pm.

Earlier that day from 11 to noon I'll be joining Cowboy Nick on KCSN-FM 88.5 for Twang with Cowboy Nick, where Nick will be spinning some classic Willie sides, including some recordings done in Los Angeles 45 years ago.

At High Noon on Weds, June 18, I'll be signing at Felix Chevrolet in downtown LA along with Shawn Parr and the crew from Country 105, Los Angeles' only country music radio station. Felix used to sponsor Cliffie Stone's country music television show in the Southland back in the 1950s as well as California's leading western swing band of the era, Spade Cooley, before he murdered his wife and saw his career go to Hell in a handbasket. It'll be just like those good ol' days again at Felix, where Darryl Holter may even sing "Don't Touch My Chevy. "

Y'all drop by and say Hidy.
